To buy tickets:

1) Scroll down this page and purchase ticket(s) online here
* please note: you do not need to add a tip for Zeffy in order to complete your purchase. You can just input “0” for the percentage amount.
* once you have selected the ticket(s) you would like to purchase, please scroll all the way down to complete your purchase.
* if you would like to make an additional donation to SWG, there is a box at the bottom where you can donate any amount on top of your ticket price.

3) If you would prefer to send a check, please make the check out to “Wellington UCC” with the memo “SWG Fundraiser” and mail to PO Box 804687, Chicago, IL 60680. Please include a note with your check indicating the type and number of ticket(s) you would like to purchase along with your email address so we can send you a confirmation email.

We are seeking sponsors who can donate towards our goal for this year!

We are also looking for donations towards our Silent Auction that will be held in advance of the Fundraiser, as well as donations for the Raffle that will be held on October 25th at the event.

If you would like copies of either of the above documents, please get in touch with Emily at SWGAdmin@waucc.org and she can either email you copies or get you physical copies if needed. Both documents are also available in Spanish if needed.
