Our Fall Fundraiser in 2025 was held on Saturday, October 25th at the beautiful St Pauls United Church of Christ in Lincoln Park.
Huge thanks to our Auction Team for organizing a successful online silent Auction and in person Raffle!
So many fun items were up for the in person Raffle at our Fall Fundraiser this year
Some of the promo we posted on our Instagram to highlight the items up for Auction
The SWG Auction team did so much work to gather all of these items for our silent auction prior to the event.
We even had people donate homemade goods to auction off!
Some of the Auction items were in high demand, and the lucky winners now have some amazing experiences to enjoy.
We had a completely full house with all 100 tickets sold.
We were so happy to share space and time with everyone who continues to support us. Special Thank You to St Pauls UCC for allowing us to use their space.
Monse shared her powerful poem.
Emily from the SWG staff helped helm the Fundraiser in October along with the rest of the Fundraising Team.
Fasika Alem, from the SWG CT and UAO, was one of our MCs for the night.
The amazing VioletHour with Ian and Jesus played the music for the evening.

Fasika gave updates and calls to action throughout the night.
Chris Inserra, another member of the SWG CT and the Fundraising Team, got on the mic to thank attendees for their support in these difficult times.
Fasika, aided by some of the young people in attendance, read out the numerous raffle winners for the night. We were all winners by the end!
Another flyer we circulated to local businesses and faith communities to spread the word and try to get more donations towards our Emergency Fund. Please feel free to print this out and put it up somewhere people will see it!
